The invention provides an air conditioner unit control method and an air conditioner unit control device. The air conditioner unit control method comprises the following steps: after a situation that an air conditioner unit has a starting-up heating requirement is detected, a pressure value and an ambient temperature of the air conditioner unit are detected; and output power of a compressor and/or the opening of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner unit are/is controlled according to the ambient temperature and the pressure value. The technical problem that fluctuation of service exists under a low temperature working condition introduced by an air conditioner is solved, and the technical effect that the starting-up stability of the air conditioner unit is effectively ensured is achieved. 本发明提供了种空调机组控制方法和装置，其中，该方法包括：在检测到机组有开机制热的需求后，检测所述机组的压力值和外界环境温度；根据所述外界环境温度和所述压力值，对所述机组的压缩机的输出功率和/或电子膨胀阀的开度进行控制。本发明解决了空调引入低温工况所存在的运行不稳定的技术问题，达到了有效保证空调机组的开机稳定性的技术效果。
