The invention provides a clutch control method, which is used for controlling a clutch in automatic transmission traffic mediums. The method comprises: when an automatic gearbox is transited to a stable gear position from finishing of gear shifting, obtaining a current of a driving element of the clutch when the gear shifting is finished, meanwhile obtaining a target current of the driving element of the clutch during the stable gear position, and enabling the current of the driving element of the clutch to be changed to the target current from a current when the gear shifting is finished in predetermined time, so as to reduce an impact caused by current sudden change of the driving element. When the automatic gearbox is transited to beginning of gear shifting from the stable gear position, the current of the driving element of the clutch is directly changed to the current in the gear shifting process from the current under the stable gear position instead of being changed to the current in the gear shifting
