Summary:The invention and provides a breed conservation method for seawater microalgae. By virtue of the breed conservation method, the survival rate of algae cells at low temperature can be remarkably increased. 本发明创造提供种海水微藻保种方法，采用下述组分：葡萄糖，占总体积分数的1％-5％；甘油，占总体积分数的5％-15％；浓缩藻液，占总体积分数的75％-93％；维生素C，与浓缩藻液的质量比为1:(25±5)。本发明创造能够在低温下显著提高藻细胞的存活率。
