Summary: | The invention and provides a breed conservation method for seawater microalgae. The following components are adopted in percentage by total volume fraction: 1%-5% of glucose, 5%-15% of glycerin and 75%-93% of concentrated algae liquid; and the mass ratio of vitamin C to the concentrated algae liquid is 1 to (25+/-5). By virtue of the breed conservation method, the survival rate of algae cells at low temperature can be remarkably increased.
