A preparation method of activated oyster shell powder comprises activating oyster shell powder at 120-240 DEG C for 5-12 h to obtain the activated oyster shell powder. The decomposing agent is high in fermentation efficiency of organic fertilizer raw materials. The activated oyster shell powder is rich in high-activity calcium, so that calcium in the organic fertilizer is enriched, and the calcium utilization rate of crops is increased.
