The invention provides a temperature sensor deployment method and a temperature sensor deployment system of a cold-chain carriage. The method comprises the steps of S1, on the basis of at least one of the size of a carriage body, the size and position of a refrigeration draught fan, the arrangement mode of cargoes, and the size information of a cargo area, acquiring an area of which the temperature change amplitude exceeds a set threshold; and S2, based on the area of which the temperature change amplitude exceeds the set threshold, determining the optimal deployment position and quantity of temperature sensors. According to the invention, the whole temperature in the carriage and particularly the cargo area is accurately detected and controlled, and meanwhile, the optimal quantity selection and position deployment of nodes of the temperature sensors can be achieved according to the gradient change degree of temperature distribution inside the space of the carriage body, so that the method has an important pr
