The invention relates to a rubber composition for manufacturing inner and outer rubber layers in a turbocharging hose of automobile. The rubber composition includes, by weight, 100 parts of acrylate rubber, 0.5-2.0 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.5-3.0 parts of a processing aid, 1.5-9.0 parts of a plasticizer, 5.0-20.0 parts of a reinforcing agent, 50.0-60.0 parts of carbon black, 0.5-1.0 part of an internal demolding agent, 1.5-3.0 parts of vulcanizing activator and promoter, and 0.5-3.0 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the rubber composition.
