The synthetic method comprises the following steps of adopting bagasse xylan as a raw material, and utilizing salicylsulfonic acid and sodium bicarbonate to react for preparing salicylic acid-5- sulpho acid sodium as a carboxylic acid esterification agent for follow-up esterification reaction on the basis of synthesizing bagasse xylan sulphate through an amino sodium trisulfonic acid aqueous phase esterification method; adopting p-Methylbenzene sulfonic acid as a catalyst, and synthesizing sulfonate-based bagasse xylan salicylsulfonic acid ester sodium salt in a methylbenzene solvent; adopting dilute sulphuric acid to adjust pH to be acidity, adding three times of absolute ethyl alcohol, and carrying out suction filtration to obtain a sulfonate-based bagasse xylan salicylsulfonic acid ester crude product; washing the crude product through acetone and absolute ethyl alcohol.
