Summary: | The invention provides a comprehensive treatment method for black residues produced in production of trimellitic anhydride. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the black residues in ethyl alcohol aqueous solution at normal temperature, and stirring for 1 to 3 hours for dissolving; (2) standing and settling a dissolved product for 3 to 12 hours in a settling pond, pumping an upper solution into a centrifugal machine for performing centrifugal separation to obtain a filtrate by using a pump after a solid and a liquid are layered obviously; (3) distilling the filtrate, namely, first, distilling to obtain water and ethyl alcohol at 90 to 110 DEG C, and then, distilling to obtain the trimellitic anhydride in vacuum at 230 to 250 DEG C; (4) doping a solid phase product which is obtained in the step (2) into fuel oil, and feeding a mixture on an incinerator for incinerating; (5) dissolving the ash which is obtained by the incinerating in an acid liquid, and filtering; (6) adjusting the pH value |
