The invention discloses organic fertilizer with sweet potato residues as a raw material. The organic fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-20 percent of the sweet potato residues, 15-20 percent of a rapeseed cake, 10-15 percent of bean dregs, 25-35 percent of chicken manure, 15-20 percent of silkworm excrement and 5-10 percent of edible fungus dregs. The organic fertilizer can have the actions of fertilizing soil, strengthening the soil disturbance, alleviating soil hardening and preventing roots from burning, can also inhibit pathogenic bacteria in the soil and can alleviate occurrence of a soil borne disease. 本发明公开了种用红薯渣作原料的有机肥，该种有机肥以下质量分数的原料组成：红薯渣15 ～20％、菜籽饼 15～20％、豆渣10 ～15％、鸡粪 25～35％、蚕沙 15～20％、食用菌菌渣5～10％。此有机肥不仅能起到培肥土壤，增强土壤透气性，缓解土壤板结、防止烧根的作用，还能抑制土壤中的致病菌，减轻土传病害发生。
