The high-oil-resistance charging-pile halogen-free flame-retardant cable material comprises raw materials including, by weight, 30-60 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers, 5-20 parts of powdered acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 0-15 parts of EVA (ethyleno vinyl acetale copolymetr), 15-30 parts of flame retardant, 1-8 parts of a flame retardant agent, 0.1-1 part of a vulcanizing agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of a processing agent, 0-15 parts of mineral fillers, 0.1-0.5 part of antioxygen and 0.1-5 of parts an ultraviolet screening agent.
