The percolation pit device comprises a pretreatment pH regulating tank, a Fenton oxidation tower, a microbial strengthening effect tank, an activated carbon adsorption regenerating tower, a disk tubular reverse osmosis membrane, a triple-effect evaporator, an activated carbon filter, a rotary drying machine and a pyrolyzer.
