The bearing and energy storage all-in-one system comprises a core of a dot matrix structure and panels fixedly adhered to the upper and lower sides of the core, wherein the core comprises a metal shell serving as a battery negative pole, a battery positive pole, a diaphragm covering the battery positive pole and an ion liquid electrolyte. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coating carbon fiber cloth with graphite particles, and drying to obtain the battery positive pole; covering the battery positive pole with the diagraph, putting the battery positive pole into the metal shell, injecting the electrolyte, and performing plastic packaging to obtain the core; fixedly adhering the upper and lower sides of the core to the panels.
