Summary: | The invention provides a method for determining salt spray concentration. The method comprises the following steps: a) collection of a salt spray sample, taking a mixing solution of deionized water or carbonate as absorption liquid, employing a porous glass tube for collecting the salt spray sample at the flow condition of lower than 0.5 L/min; simultaneously collecting a blank sample; b) ion chromatogram detection, pre-treating the sample, drafting a chloride ion standard curve and analyzing the salt spray sample as well as the blank sample according to the optimized ion chromatogram condition; and c) calculation on the salt spray concentration according to a formula. The method is suitable for detecting salt spray concentration of nuclear industry, aviation spaceflight and precision weapon production fields.
本发明提供了种盐雾浓度的测定方法,依次包括步骤:a).盐雾样品的采集,以去离子水或碳酸盐混合溶液作为吸收液,采用多孔玻板吸收管在低于0.5L/min流量条件下采集盐雾样品;同时采集空白对照样品;b).离子色谱检测,对样品进行预处理后,以优化的离子色谱条件绘制氯离子标准曲线及盐雾样品、空白对照样品的分析;c).根据公式进行盐雾浓度的计算。本发明适用于核工业、航空航天及精密武器生产领域的盐雾浓度检测。 |
