The invention discloses a wood-plastic heat-insulation wallboard. The wallboard comprises a wood-plastic base plate and convex blocks arranged on the surface of the wood-plastic base plate and distributed at intervals. A protruding clamping strip is arranged at one end of the wood-plastic base plate, and a matched indented groove is formed in the other end of the wood-plastic base plate.
