Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a direct-current zinc oxide valve disk. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: (1) mixing bismuth oxide, molybdenum oxide, silicon oxide, antimony oxide and zirconia oxide and then adding an equal amount of water, stirring and performing ball-grinding in a ball mill; (2) mixing the mixed materials with zinc oxide, stirring and performing compression moulding in a compression mould, and then calcinating in a calcinating furnace; and (3) naturally cooling the calcinated valve disk, evenly coating the surface of the valve disk with a coating agent, with the requirement of retaining the blank edges of the valve disk without coating, and baking in a baking furnace after being coated. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the energy density of the valve disk can be effectively improved by adopting the compression calcinating technology, and the long-term electric stability of the valve disk can be effectively enhanced by coa |
