A bus seat measuring device comprises sensors, counters and a data transmitter. All the sensors are connected with the counters. The counters are connected with the data transmitter. The sensors comprise the distance sensors which are arranged on seats. The distance sensors are seat sensors. The seat sensors are installed on the surfaces of the seats and connected with the counters through connecting lines. The counters can roughly estimate the number of passengers on a bus and precisely calculate the number of remaining seats, thus, the passengers are guided to reasonably take the bus and appropriately wait for the bus, and the problems of public traffic resource wasting and bus taking crowding are solved; and meanwhile, big data also can be effectively provided to serve as reference data for bus carrying. 公交座位测装置，包括传感器、计数器、数据发送器，传感器全部与计数器相连，计数器与数据发送器相连。传感器为距离传感器，距离传感器设在座椅上。
