Summary: | The invention relates to suspended ceramic or glass insulators used for power transmission lines in windy and sandy areas, in particular to an aerodynamic pollution-preventive suspended insulator which is formed by connecting a steel cap (1), an umbrella shirt (2) and a steel foot (3). The aerodynamic pollution-preventive suspended insulator is characterized in that the umbrella shirt (2) is composed of an upper-layer umbrella shirt (21) and a lower-layer umbrella shirt (23), radius of the upper-layer umbrella shirt (21) is greater than that of the lower-layer umbrella shirt (23), and a downward annular small umbrella edge (22) is arranged at the outer edge of the upper-layer umbrella shirt (21).
