Stainless steel covers high-temperature-resistant ceramic screen cloth to form a stainless steel and ceramic compound board; then the stainless steel and ceramic compound board is used for making a stainless steel and ceramic compound grating board; the stainless steel at contact parts of the stainless steel and ceramic compound board and the stainless steel and ceramic compound grating board is bonded; after the stainless steel and ceramic compound grating board is cooled, the stainless steel and ceramic compound foam board is obtained. Closed foam is uniformly distributed in the stainless steel and ceramic compound foam board, so that the stainless steel and ceramic compound foam board can float on water; the bending strength of the stainless steel and ceramic compound foam board is several times that of
