Summary: | The invention discloses application of calorific iron mud in production of cement clinker. In the method, the calorific iron mud is added to pulverized coal serving as fuel for calcining the cement clinker, the mixture is pulverized and then jet to a rotary kiln from a kiln head and a kiln tail for calcination and chemical reaction; differently, in the prior art, the iron mud is added at a raw material blending station. The calorific iron mud is used as fuel besides serving as an iron correction raw material, and the calorific iron mud is jet to a kiln system from the kiln head and the kiln tail after being mixed with coal and mixed and calcined with raw materials in air flow, thereby solving the problems that the clinker is greatly aggregated and cannot be calcined thoroughly and the like due to early appearance of a liquid phase at high temperature when the raw materials are stacked at the kiln tail.
