Summary: | A method for recycling barite from fluorite tailings comprises the following steps that sodium fluosilicate is adopted as a tailing dispersion agent, then the tailings are graded through a high-frequency fine screen, the graded tailings are reselected and recycled through a table, barite rough concentrate of different grain sizes is obtained, finally, the barite rough concentrate of different grain sizes is mixed for flotation, and the barite is recycled. By means of the method, the barite in the tailings can be effectively recycled, and the micro-fine barite concentrate with the barite content ranging from 95.27 to 95.37% and the recycling rate ranging from 81.63% to 83.24% is obtained under the condition that the feeding barite content ranges from 35.74% to 38.50%.
种从萤石尾矿中回收重晶石的方法,包括如下步骤:采用氟硅酸钠作尾矿分散剂,然后采用高频细筛将尾矿分级,再将分级后的尾矿采用摇床分别进行重选回收得不同粒级的重晶石毛粗精矿,最后再将不同粒级的重晶石毛粗精矿合并再进行浮选回收重晶石。采用本发明能够有效回收尾矿中的重晶石,在给矿重晶石含量为35.74%~38.50%条件下,获得重晶石含量为95.27%~95.37%,回收率为81.63%~83.24%的微细重晶石精矿。 |
