Summary: | The invention discloses a passive mechanical quick switching-off valve used in a coal mine gas mixing process. The aims of safety, rapidness and linked switching off of high concentration extracted gas in the gas mixing process in a thermal storage oxidation device and a waste heat recycling system of the thermal storage oxidation device are achieved. The passive mechanical quick switching-off valve is opened by rotating a gear disc through a rocker, pushes a nonmetal elastic membrane through positive pressure guided air to drive a locking rod to lock the gear disc, and enables a valve plate to be in the opening state; and when air at an outlet of an air blower losses pressure, the membrane drives a multi-connecting-rod mechanism under the effect of a reset spring to unlock the gear disc, and the valve is closed through the valve plate under the torque effect of a torsional spring.
