Summary:The invention provides a method for extracting a valuable metallic tin component from antimony and tin smelting alkaline residues through water leaching neutralized tin settlement. The method is realized by any of the following steps (1), (2) and (3): (1), independently extracting the tin component in an alkaline leaching solution;(2), independently extracting the tin component in an acid leaching solution; and (3), mixing the alkaline leaching solution and the acid leaching solution so as to regulate the PH to be neutral, namely 6-7, and settling the tin component.
