The invention discloses a decaying fruit composting method. The decaying fruit composting method comprises the following steps: 1) digging a composting pit, wherein the composting pit is dug at the edge of a field in the countryside; 2) spreading decaying fruits, wherein a layer of 20cm thick straws is added between every two layers of decaying fruits; 3) covering a layer of sand on the top after the decaying fruits and straws are piled, wherein the thickness of the sand is 10cm or above; and 4) covering a plastic film on the top. According to the invention, the straws can be fully utilized, and the decaying fruit composting method has the advantages of high fertilizer generation speed and high fertilizer quality. 本申请公开了种腐殖水果堆肥方法，包括以下步骤：1）挖堆肥坑，所述堆肥坑挖在乡间地头；2）铺上腐殖水果，每层腐殖水果之间加层厚20cm的秸秆；3）腐殖水果和秸秆堆好后在顶上覆层沙，沙厚10cm以上；4）在顶上覆盖上塑料薄膜。本发明能够充分利用秸秆，且生成肥料的速度快，肥料质量好。
