A semi-automatic spot-welder comprises a rack. A workbench is mounted on the rack. A battery moving plate capable of moving front and back is mounted on the workbench. A clamp used for positioning a pair of batteries is mounted on the battery moving plate. A limiting block used for limiting front-back movement of the battery moving plate and a push-and-pull air cylinder used for driving the battery moving plate in a front-back mode are fixed to the workbench. A spot-welding head is mounted on the upper portion of the clamp and mounted on an inverted-L-shaped mounting base. A regulating bolt capable of conducting regulation up and down is mounted on the mounting base. The spot-welding heat is fixed to the lower end of the regulating bolt. The mounting base is slidably mounted on a mounting support. A spot-welding air cylinder used for driving the mounting base to rise and fall is mounted at the top of the mounting support. The mounting support is mounted on a sliding base capable of sliding left and right. The
