The invention discloses a method for importing data to generate a part machining drawing through employing the Excel form, and the method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps: obtaining a part order list; writing the order information in a standard mode; enabling a system to automatically recognize the order information; generating a part drawing; carrying out the typesetting of the part drawing; and generating a part machining method. The method directly imports parts through the Excel form under the condition of combination of various types of tubes, does not need drawing time, also does not need to manually import a single part, finally saves the manpower cost, and reduces the operation time. 本发明公开了种使用Excel表格导入数据生成零件加工的方法，其特征在于，其中包括:获取零件订单明细表；采用标准模式填写订单信息；系统自动识别订单信息；生成零件图；对零件图排版；以及生成零件加工方法。通过本发明公开的使用Excel表格导入数据生成零件加工的方法，在多种管材类零件组合的情况下，直接通过Excel表格导入零件首先不再需要绘图时间，其次不再需要人工进行单零件导入，最后节约人力成本，减少操作时间。
