Summary: | The invention provides an amino-containing xanthone functionalized graphene material and a preparation method thereof and application of the graphene material in preparation of an anti-tumor drug. A stable amino-containing xanthone drug is obtained by means of covalent binding of carboxylation graphene and amino-containing xanthone. It is shown through cell experiments that the drug has a good anti-tumor effect. The invention aims at providing the preparation method of the amino-containing xanthone functionalized graphene drug, wherein the synthesizing process is simple and convenient, and low toxicity and high efficiency are achieved. The method can be used for preparing the anti-tumor drug easily and conveniently, and a development direction of a compound functional material anti-tumor drug is provided.
种含氨基氧蒽酮类功能化石墨烯材料及其制备方法以及作为制备抗肿瘤药物上的应用,通过羧基化石墨烯与含氨基氧蒽酮类共价结合,获得稳定的含氨基氧蒽酮类药物。细胞实验表明该药物具有良好的抗肿瘤效果。本发明的目的是提供种合成过程简单方便,低毒高效的含氨基氧蒽酮类功能化石墨烯药物的制备方法。此方法可以简单方便的制备抗肿瘤药物,也提供了复合物功能材料抗肿瘤药物的开发方向。 |
