Summary:The invention discloses a body based sub assembly identification method. A body knowledge framework is constructed for complex assembling by utilizing the body, implicit knowledge is inferred according to explicit knowledge, an assembling information knowledge base is developed, and a sub assembly is identified aimed at a rigid connection structure by combining a language rule base of semantic network rules. According to the invention, the consistent knowledge description framework in the assembling field is provided between heterogeneous systems, the assembling structure in the sub assembly identification level is structured, the scale of plan problems of the assembling sequence is reduced, and the assembling and manufacturing efficiency is improved. 本发明公开种基于本体的子装配体识别方法,利用本体对复杂装配构建本体知识框架,根据显性领域知识推理隐含知识拓展装配信息知识库;结合语义网络规则语言规则库,针对刚性连接结构识别子装配体。本发明能够在异构系统之间提供装配领域的致性知识描述框架,子装配体识别层次结构化装配结构,减小装配序列规划问题规模,提高装配制造效率。
