The invention provides a device used for recycling heat of low-temperature flue gas and a heat recycling method of the device. Heat recycled by a low-temperature economizer does not directly return to a boiler and cannot be calculated as efficiency of the boiler; and the manufacturing cost of a GGH itself is high, the GGH itself consumes electricity, and accordingly the operation cost is high and the economical efficiency is poor.
