The invention provides a flow passage partition structure and a fluid control valve which can prevent a foreign material which is generated when a partition member is assembled to a flow passage member from entering a flow passage. The partition member partitions the flow passage space into two flow passages. The flow passage partition structure has the flow passage member 5 and the partition member 18. The flow passage member 5 has a flow passage space 5a where the flow flows through. The partition member 18 partitions the flow passage space 5a into a first flow passage 13b and a second flow passage 14c. The partition member 18 has a first plate 20 and a second plate 30.
