Summary:The invention discloses an in-phase and out-phase road surface grooving method and device. A steel mold is fixed to a base layer of a road surface, after concrete is spread in the steel mold, the interior of the steel mold is paved with a column of long-direction tooth groove templates and a column of short-direction tooth groove templates, and the surfaces of the long-direction tooth groove templates and the surfaces of the short-direction tooth groove templates are connected with longitudinal beams through tapping screws. The two ends of each cross beam are fixed to the steel mold. The long-direction tooth groove templates, the short-direction tooth groove templates and the steel mold are coated with parting agents.
