The invention provides a separating method for lithium ions in lithium ion battery leaching liquor. The separating method comprises the following steps of firstly, mixing the lithium ion battery leaching liquor, a primary extracting agent, an auxiliary extracting agent and a hydrochloric acid solution to obtain a material mixture; and then, regulating the pH value of the material mixture to obtain an acidic extracting system for extracting, thereby obtaining a balance water phase containing lithium ions, wherein the auxiliary extracting agent is a tri-valent iron salt solution, and the extracting system is acidic. According to the method provided by the invention, the auxiliary extracting agent is added to form complex with the lithium ions, so that the lithium ions are conveniently fused with the primary extracting agent in the form of the complex, and an extracting process for the lithium irons is effectively promoted; and the acidic extracting system can effectively inhibit hydrolysis of the auxiliary extr
