Summary:The invention discloses a clamping and floating mechanism. The clamping and floating mechanism comprises an air cylinder and an air cylinder connecting body. Two clamp jaw bodies are connected to the air cylinder connecting body. Clamp jaw heads are fixed to the front ends of the clamp jaw bodies correspondingly. A floating connector is connected to the head of the air cylinder. A floating connector tail connecting body is connected to the tail of the floating connector. Two short connecting rods are connected to the floating connector tail connecting body. The other end of each of the two short connecting rods is connected with one clamp jaw body. The clamping and floating mechanism has the beneficial effect that an existing rigid connecting body is replaced by the floating connector and the floating connector tail connecting body.
