The preparation method comprises the steps that PPS resin 20-40%, a thinner 59.9-78% and an inorganic nano material 0.1-2% are mixed by weight, heating is performed under inert gas protection to obtain membrane casting liquid, a cured membrane is put in an extractant capable of dissolving the thinner to dissolve the thinner after the membrane casting liquid forms the membrane and is cured, and the PPS gas separation membrane is prepared. The surface layer of the gas separation membrane is dense and free of defects, the glass transition temperature can be up to 125-156 DEG C, the melting range is 280-296 DEG C, and direct separation and purification of high-temperature, corrosive or organic gases can be achieved.
