Summary: | The invention discloses a process for preparing 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane by using a continuous method. The process comprises the following steps: mixing carbon tetrachloride with a catalyst; then reacting a mixture obtained in the previous step with ethylene so as to obtain a crude product; and carrying out two-stage pressure-reduced distillation and separation so as to obtain 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane. The process provided by the invention overcome the problem of caking and is easily controllable in reaction process, high in raw material conversion rate and high in product purity.
本发明公开了种连续法制备1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷的工艺方法,先将四氯化碳与催化剂进行混合,然后与乙烯反应得到粗品,最后经两级减压精馏分离得到1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷。本发明提供的工艺方法不仅解决了结焦问题,而且反应过程容易控制、原料转化率高、产品纯度高。 |
