Summary: | The invention provides a direct reducing preparation method of ultra-fine tungsten powder. The method comprises the following steps that industrial wet ammonium paratungstate extracted from tungsten ore serves as raw material; wet mixing is conducted on the industrial wet ammonium paratungstate and blue tungsten powder in a blender mixer; under hydrogen atmosphere, low temperature direct reducing is conducted on wet powder to prepare the tungsten powder with ultra-fine particles; reducing temperature is 600-950 DEG C; holding time is 50-180 min; the tungsten powder with ultra-fine particles are obtained; and the average particle diameter is 0.5-2 [mu]m. The method has the advantages that drying procedures on ammonium paratungstate are reduced; investment on equipment is small; technical process is shortened; producing cost of products is lowered; the quality of the powder is stable; and the method is suitable for industrial production.
