Summary:The invention provides a direct reducing preparation method of ultra-fine tungsten powder. The method comprises the following steps that industrial wet ammonium paratungstate extracted from tungsten ore serves as raw material; wet mixing is conducted on the industrial wet ammonium paratungstate and blue tungsten powder in a blender mixer; under hydrogen atmosphere, low temperature direct reducing is conducted on wet powder to prepare the tungsten powder with ultra-fine particles; reducing temperature is 600-950 DEG C; holding time is 50-180 min; the tungsten powder with ultra-fine particles are obtained; and the average particle diameter is 0.5-2 [mu]m.
