The invention discloses a fungicidal composition containing boscalid and epoxiconazole and application of the fungicidal composition. The fungicidal composition takes boscalid and epoxiconazole as main effective ingredients, wherein the weight ratio of boscalid to epoxiconazole is (1-70):(1-50). The fungicidal composition can be used for preventing and controlling diseases of cereals, fruit trees and vegetables, has a high synergistic effect, overcomes and delays the fungicide resistance of pathogenic bacteria, is high in fungicidal speed and long in lasting period, reduces the application cost and has a prevention and control effect which is obviously superior to that generated when one fungicide of the fungicidal composition is used.
