The invention relates to an intensive aquaculture method of groupers. The method comprises the following steps: (a) realizing pond condition; (b) preparing before stocking; (c) desalting fish fries; (d) putting the fish fries into a pond; (e) carrying out fingerling stocking; and (f) carrying out daily management, wherein the bait used in the step (e) is processed from the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of fish meal, 20-30 parts of earthworm powder, 8-10 parts of bread yeast autolysis powder, 5-8 parts of rice bran polypeptide, 0.5-1 part of multivitamin and 10-15 parts of an immunoenhancer; and the immunoenhancer is processed from the following traditional Chinese medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of common andrographis herb, 6-8 parts of fructus forsythiae, 5-12 parts of radix bupleuri, 10-12 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 5-8 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 4-6 parts of astragalus, 7-10 parts of honeysuckle, 5-8 parts of wolfberry, 5-8 parts of isatis root and 5-8
