Summary:The invention relates to a side pad regulator. The side pad regulator comprises a fixation sheet, an adjustment pad and an adjustment bolt, wherein the fixation sheet is attached to a top of a violoncello, and the adjustment bolt passes through the adjustment pad and then is fixed on the top of the violoncello through the fixation sheet; the adjustment pad comprises a cylindrical structure and a screw cap, the two end portions of the cylindrical structure are each provided with a groove used for placing a tailpiece tail rope, and the tail ropes of the two sides at the tail portion of a tailpiece are respectively clamped into the grooves and then are fixed through tail bolts; and the middle of the side surface of the cylindrical structure is fixedly connected with the screw cap, during installation, the screw cap is disposed on the fixation sheet and is parallel to the top of the violoncello, and the adjustment bolt, after passing through the screw cap for installation, is fixed on the top of the violoncello.
