The invention relates to the technical field of construction tools, in particular to a construction ladder convenient to move and capable of preventing shock. The construction ladder comprises side supporting rods. The tops of the side supporting rods are connected into a whole through a top seat. The side supporting rods are hinged to the top seat. Cross arms are connected between the two side supporting rods. An inner cavity of each side supporting rod is provided with a buffering strut parallel to the side supporting rod. Buffering grooves are formed in the sides, close to the cross arms, of the buffering struts. Buffering protruding blocks are symmetrically fixed to the two ends of each cross arm. The end portions of the buffering protruding blocks are connected with the buffering grooves through displacement buffering pieces. Buffering springs are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the upper inner walls of the buffering grooves, of the tops of the buffering protruding blocks, and the lower inner
