Summary:The invention provides a preparation method for a high-conductivity PVB film and application of the high-conductivity PVB film to electrochromic glass. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing PVB heat-conductive master batch by using a twin-screw melt-blending extrusion manner; and then adding the PVB heat-conductive master batch in proportion in the process of extrusion and tape casting so as to prepare the high-conductivity PVB film. The prepared high-conductivity PVB film maintains good mechanical performance and has high conductivity. Air and moisture are totally exhausted by steam pressing of an autoclave so as to prepare electrochromic laminated glass, so the electrochromic glass has good ion transport performance and maintains good mechanical performance. 本发明高电导率PVB胶片的制备方法及其在电致变色玻璃中的应用,首先采用双螺杆熔融共混挤出的方式制备了PVB导电母粒,然后在挤出流延的过程中按比例加入PVB导电母粒,制得种高电导率PVB胶片,该材料保持了PVB材料本身良好的机械性能,同时具有较高的电导率。通过高压釜蒸压彻底排出空气和水分制成电致变色夹胶玻璃,能使电致变色玻璃具有很好的离子传输性能并保持了材料本身良好的机械性能。
