本发明公开了种铁基载氧体深度还原的化学链制氢装置及方法,该装置包括进气端气路切换系统、四个依序排列的固定床反应器和尾气端气路切换系统,有两个固定床反应器处于还原阶段,在保证燃料完全燃烧的前提下,提高铁基载氧体的固相转化率。四个固定床反应器依次处于燃料还原、深度还原、水蒸汽氧化和空气燃烧阶段(水蒸汽吹扫阶段),进而实现连续高效地化学链制氢过程。本发明中铁基载氧体的还原固相转化率得到大幅度提高,单位载氧体的产氢强度明显增加,装置产氢效率有效改善,在无复杂的气体净化装置下,获得高纯氢气,制氢成本降低。 The present invention discloses a chemical-loopin...
