Summary: | The invention discloses a nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. The photocatalyst taking an activated carbon fiber felt as a substrate and doped with beta-cyclodextrin-modified Fe3+ is prepared through the following steps: soaking an activated carbon fiber felt with H2O2 with a concentration of 30 wt% for surface hydroxylation of the felt and performing drying; soaking the pre-treated activated carbon fiber felt in a toluene solution of a silane coupling agent with a volume concentration being 0.5-2%, and performing washing and drying; and adding beta-CD and an inorganic ferric salt aqueous solution to a TiCl4-HCl solution, adding a self-assembled monomolecular layer, taking the obtained product out after performing stirring at a constant temperature of 70-80 DEG C for 4-6 h, and performing washing and drying.
