Summary: | The invention provides an anode active substance for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery which has advantages of excellent low-temperature output characteristic and high discharge capacity, a nickel-cobalt composiste hydroxide particle as a raw material of the anode active substance and a manufacturing method thereof.
