The invention relates to an optical diaphragm, a manufacture method for the optical diaphragm and a display panel with application of the same. The optical diaphragm comprises a first side edge and at least one preset structure, wherein the preset structure is disposed on the first side edge and comprises a preset height, and the preset height is between 10-300 mum.
