Summary:The invention discloses an expanding agent for wood drying treatment and a drying method of wood. According to the expanding agent, a fiber pipe hole is rapidly swelled, a cell wall and cell cavity structure is opened, and absorbed water and free water are easily drained out. Meanwhile, Ca2+, MnO4- and the like in the expanding agent can react with harmful substances such as gum and tannin, a product can be discharged out in a manner of salt and complex compounds, the phenomenon that the harmful substances are adsorbed to wood fibers and cell cavities again is avoided, and wood stability is further improved. 本发明公开了种用于木材干燥处理的扩涨剂及木材的干燥方法。扩涨剂由以下重量份数的组分组成:CaO 0.5~1.2份、KMnO0.05~0.1份、CuSO0.1~0.3份。本发明的扩涨剂,可以使纤维管孔快速溶胀,打开细胞壁和细胞腔组织,使吸附水和自由水易于排出;同时,扩涨剂中的Ca、MnO等可与树胶、单宁酸等有害物质反应并将产物以盐类、络合物的形式排出,避免上述有害物质重新吸附到木料纤维及细胞腔中,进步增加了木材的稳定性。
