The invention discloses a yaw hydraulic braking system of a wind generating set. The yaw hydraulic braking system of the wind generating comprises a pressure source, a yaw clamp set with a plurality of series-connection yaw clamps, and an oil tank, wherein an oil inlet of the yaw clamp set is connected to the pressure source via a hydraulic pipeline; an oil outlet of the yaw clamp set is connected to the oil tank via the hydraulic pipeline; a connection pipeline is arranged between the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the yaw clamp set; the connection pipeline can be opened or closed. The invention also discloses a performance improving method of the yaw hydraulic braking system. The performance improving method is characterized by closing the connection pipeline under the normal temperature and opening the connection pipeline under the low temperature. The invention further discloses a wind generating set comprising the yaw hydraulic braking system. The yaw hydraulic braking system of the wind generating set
