种从拜耳赤泥中选择性浸出钪和钠的方法
本发明主要属于火法-湿法冶金技术领域,具体涉及种从拜耳赤泥中选择性浸出钪和钠的方法。所述方法不仅可以实现赤泥中稀贵金属元素钪和含量较高的钠元素浸出,还实现了赤泥中钪与铁元素的分离。根据赤泥中钪的赋存形态,采用浓硫酸混匀,低温硫酸盐化后;再进行中温焙烧,在盐化和中温焙烧的同时回收逸出的三氧化硫、二氧化硫或硫酸;待杂质硫酸盐物相分解后,水浸得到富钪钠低铁洗液。本发明所述方法制备获得的富钪钠低铁浸出液为后续离子交换、溶剂萃取和反萃取步骤提供了绝对优势;固液分离后得到的高铁低钠浸后渣可作为建材或高炉炼铁原料;另外,本发明所述方法中的所用试剂硫酸还可回收再利用,不产生新的污染。 The inventio...
