Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing Raney Ni/alpha-Al2O3 through Ni2Al3/alpha-Al2O3 etching. The method comprises the following steps that commercially available NiO powder and Al powder are weighed according to a reaction formula that (6NiO+13Al) is equal to (3Ni2Al3+2Al2O3), and are mixed to react for 3 h; the mixed powder is placed in an SP-3 planetary ball mill to be mechanically ball-milled, wherein GCr15 is used as a grinding medium, the ball-to-powder mass ratio is 30:1, and the rotational speed of the SP-3 planetary ball mill is 400 r/min; and during the ball-milling process, the ball milling is stopped for 20 min after the mixed powder is ball-milled for 1 h, so that Ni2Al3/alpha-Al2O3 powder is obtained and taken out; and the obtained Ni2Al3/alpha-Al2O3 powder is corroded for 2 h with an NaOH solution with the weight percentage of 20%, and during the corrosion process, a reaction vessel is placed in a water bath of 70 DEG C.
