Summary: | The invention discloses a D type amplifier and a method for suppressing noise of the D type amplifier. Analysis on the D type amplifier finds that the POP noise of the D type amplifier is mainly caused by capacitance mismatch resulted from unbalance of capacitance devices in a differential network of the D type amplifier and impedance mismatch resulted from unbalance of resistance devices. Mismatch of differential signals caused by capacitance unbalance can be reduced efficiently by delaying the start time of capacitors in the differential network and enabling the capacitors to start working after the other components are started up and the current is relatively stable and small, so that the POP noise caused by the capacitance mismatch is suppressed. Meanwhile, an operational amplifier with a voltage trimming circuit is used in an integral circuit, and the resistance mismatch of the differential signal is compensated by a trimming voltage which is generated by the voltage trimming circuit based on thedifferen |
