Summary:The invention relates to a high-transmittance PVB film and application thereof in bifacial battery packaging material. The high-transmittance PVB film is prepared by adopting extrusion flow casting with an extruder, adjustment of water ratio with a temperature and humidity adjuster, shock chilling with double rolls leading in chilled water, traction, parting off and rolling, and the PVB film prepared by the method is greatly improved in transmittance. When applied to the bifacial battery packaging material, the material can meet the application requirement of the bifacial battery packaging material for high transmittance. 本发明采用挤出机挤出流延、温湿度调节仪进行含水率调节,经通冷冻水的双辊骤冷后,牵引、分切、收卷制得高透光率PVB胶片,采用该方法制得的PVB胶片透光率得到很大提高。将该材料应用于双面电池封装材料,能够满足双面电池封装材料需要高透光率的应用需求。
